We ship everywhere! Please check with your country's laws on importing loose tea before making your purchase.
I live in/near Cochrane, can I get free shipping?
Absolutely. We are so excited to offer this deal! Every Monday & Thursday morning between 10am - 12pm, your favorite Tea Hippie will be dropping parcels off from her Tea Hippie truck, RIGHT to your doorstep!
Upon checkout, for Alberta addresses there will be an option for free delivery called COCHRANE DELIVERY. Please note that this option is only for Cochrane addresses only. We do not deliver to Calgary or surrounding areas. Addresses MUST be within Cochrane limits, no exceptions.
Orders must be placed before 6am Thursdays and 6am Mondays for same day deliveries.
Please leave any special instructions under the notes section upon checkout, if you do not wish for Tea Hippie to ring/knock, or if you'd like us to leave the box in a specific place for safe keeping, otherwise we will knock or leave your parcel close to your front door.
We also will be accepting payments upon arrival - if you don't wish to order online, give us a shout through any of our contact options and we will be more than happy to help you out.
If a Monday or Thursday happen to fall on certain holidays we will not be delivering on those dates.
Tea Hippie reserves the right to refund any orders placed when this discount has been used incorrectly.
Do you offer international/domestic free shipping?
Yes! Any order over $100 CAD will be eligible for free shipping, in Canada and internationally.
What packaging will my tea arrive in?
To help keep the world a little greener, we ship in fully recyclable cardboard boxes, with reused tissue/newspaper to protect your products from damage. Receipts are not included in your parcel, to save paper. All receipts are emailed after your purchase.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All products are thoroughly checked and packaged for a safe journey on shipping.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food (including all teas), flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as photo of damaged/unwanted goods.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: PO Box 2034 Cochrane Alberta CA T4C 1B8.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
